The need.
A person’s skills are scattered across diplomas, training, jobs and platforms. Bringing them together, with their consent, helps guide, train and recruit.
DS4Skills is creating the human-centric European data space for skills, and deploying it through eight real-world use cases. The project is co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by DIGITALEUROPE.
Onecub’s role.
- Governance method: Olivier Dion contributes to the data space’s governance method.
- Rulebook review: reviewing and improving the common rules.
- Framework: a contribution on behalf of Prometheus-X, a project partner, of which Olivier Dion is Secretary General. Onecub is not a beneficiary of the project.
Where is the project?
The project is under way, for thirty-six months. The consortium brings together 26 partners, including 6 associated partners. It met in Paris on 5 March 2026, hosted by AFP with Prometheus-X and Tralalère.
