The need.

A trip involves an airline, a train, a hotel, a transfer, activities. Each holds part of the data, and no one can, alone, offer a seamless journey or handle the unexpected.

EONA-X is a neutral, non-profit alliance that builds and operates a European data space for mobility, transport and tourism. Founded in 2022 by Groupe ADP, Amadeus, Air France-KLM, SNCF, Renault Group, Aéroport Marseille Provence and Accor, it follows Gaia-X principles. Data stays under the control of its holders and is shared under agreed rules.

Onecub’s role.

  • Origin: Onecub launched the first French tourism data space, merged into EONA-X.
  • Strategy and architecture: roadmap, flagship use cases, master architecture of the collaboration platform.
  • Governance and law: rulebook, policies, contracts and responsibilities.
  • Funding: writing and coordinating the Gen4Travel proposal to France 2030.
  • Identity: MyTravelConnect, the traveller’s wallet, led by Themis-X with Onecub.

What this contribution achieved

  • The first French tourism data space, launched by Onecub then merged into EONA-X.
  • Gen4Travel, a France 2030 winner in 2025, with a proposal written and coordinated by Onecub.
