What it enables.

Proving who you are.

The organisation, its employees and its trusted third parties prove their identity and their authorisations.

Reusing verified data.

Shared once, it serves from one partner to the next, without new data entry.

Giving mandates, AI agents included.

An employee, a trusted third party or an AI agent acts for the organisation, within an explicit scope.

Knowing who you are dealing with.

In a data space, each participant needs to know who is on the other side, who may act on whose behalf and which verified data to rely on. The organisation wallet provides this evidence, without a central data store.

Identity for people
  • Authorisations. Who may act on the organisation’s behalf, and for what: employees, departments, trusted third parties.
  • Credentials. VAT, LEI, company numbers, certifications: verifiable proofs, ready to present.
  • Delegations. Explicit mandates, limited in time and revocable, AI agents included.
  • Qualified signatures and seals. Sign and seal on the organisation’s behalf, under eIDAS 2.
  • Group entities. Bind a group’s subsidiaries and sites to one wallet.

A delegation, end to end.

The organisation’s wallet carries its mandates: who may act, for what, and until when.

Concept diagram: a delegation

  2. The mandatesets the scope and duration; it remains revocable.
  3. The mandate holderan employee, a trusted third party or an AI agent.
  4. The servicechecks the mandate before acting, and keeps a record.

Onecub develops these wallets with Themis-X and Docaposte (La Poste Group). They are designed to integrate with data space collaboration platforms, catalogues, connectors and policy engines, including Amadeus connectors built on Eclipse Dataspace Components and Visions connectors compatible with Prometheus-X. Data stays at source, encrypted and limited to its purpose.
