One trip, ten counterparts.

A single trip involves an airline, a train, a hotel, a transfer, activities. Each holds part of the information. When something goes wrong, the traveller is the one putting the pieces back together.

AI assistants can take on this work, provided they know on whose behalf they act, with what data and within what limits. That is the role planned for MyTravelConnect.

  1. The trip’s information, gathered.Identity, bookings, preferences: travellers find them in their wallet and see what they contain.
  2. The traveller chooses what to share. For each assistant or service: which information, for what use, and for how long.
  3. Actions stay under their control. They authorise, refuse or revoke; each authorisation is recorded.

Prototype, fictional data

MyTravelConnect demo, October 2026 version (1 min 12, no sound, interface in French). Video: Themis-X.

Watch the demo.

The prototype shows the planned journey in four steps. The video has no sound; here is what it shows.

  1. The account. The traveller creates their wallet with Google, Microsoft, Orange or an email address, and links it to the Accor Concierge.
  2. The mailbox, read-only. They choose the period analysed and can withdraw access at any time. Travel services are spotted by their senders, dates and subjects, without opening the messages.
  3. The information. They choose the services to keep and what to keep: trips, loyalty, identity, inferred preferences.
  4. The wallet. 37 pieces of information gathered, 2 points to check and the list of who has access. Sharing with the assistant is offered next: clicking sends nothing.

Fictional data. The prototype is not yet available to the public.

The MyTravelConnect website

Planned scenario: a cancelled flight.

In Gen4Travel’s disruption use case, planned for 2027, the assistant detects the incident, checks the booking and offers a few options with their timing, cost and conditions. It acts only after the traveller approves, then updates the hotel, transfer and activities.

MyTravelConnect brings the traveller’s identity, consent and proof of each authorisation to this scenario.

The use case at EONA-X

For travel players

  • Less data entry. Up-to-date data, shared once.
  • Traceable consent. Informed, revocable, designed for GDPR.
  • Supervised agents. Explicit mandates and human approval.
  • Interoperable. Designed for EONA-X’s EDC and Prometheus-X connectors.

Timeline.

Gen4Travel is the agentic AI initiative for travel coordinated by EONA-X and a France 2030 winner. Its public timeline plans a first inspiration use case in 2026, then disruption and accessibility in 2027.

MyTravelConnect is set to become the identity and personal data-sharing component of the Gen4Travel assistants.
